All food and beverage products are non-returnable.

REFUND POLICY
We have a 10-day refund policy. If 10 days have gone by since the date of purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
 
EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants). Therefore, none of our beverage products are returnable. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
 
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged product, kindly send us an email at hello@calcuttachai.com and return the item to: Calcutta Chai Co, 3, William Carey Road, Serampore, Hooghly, West Bengal – 712201, and we will send
you a replacement at the earliest. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
 
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company
to process and post the refund too.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you have not received a refund yet, kindly contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@calcuttachai.com.
 
SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Calcutta Chai Co, 3, William Carey Road, Serampore, Hooghly, West Bengal – 712201. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
