Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

How do I cancel or modify my order?

Chat with us on our website or drop us an email on hello@calcuttachai.com mentioning your order number and we will be happy to help. Please note that requests for changes or cancellations must be made before the order is dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, we will not be able to modify or cancel your order.

Can I return the product received?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants). Therefore, our beverage products are not returnable. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Can I update my shipping address?

Yes, head on over to Your Account and select the ‘View Addresses’ tab to check on all the addresses saved to your account. Select which shipping address you’d wish to update and voila, you’re done! Please note, however, that these changes would only apply to any order that has yet to be dispatched. You will be informed of the eligibility of the request as soon as is practicable after we receive your request. The shipping address cannot be altered on an order which has already been shipped.

Do you have an exchange policy?

Please note that we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. When will I receive my refund?

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 6-7 business days. However, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I haven’t received my refund yet. What do I do?

If you have not received a refund yet, kindly contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Subscriptions

How does the subscription work?

Visit the subscription section on our website & choose the product that you’d like to subscribe to. Select the details of the product and frequency of delivery. The next thing to do is pay for your first box and voila, you’re done!

Can I have two or more subscriptions at the same time?

Yes, simply set up a new subscription for whichever product you would like and you’re good to go!

How do I pause my subscription?

Head over to Your Account and select the Manage Subscriptions tab to check on all the subscriptions saved to your account. Select which subscription you’d wish to pause and voila, you’re done!

How does the payment system work?

The payment for subscriptions is based on your order frequency. Once you set up a subscription, you will be automatically charged on the day of the delivery. You will also receive an alert email informing you of the upcoming auto-debit. As soon as the payment goes through, we will dispatch the product.

Can I resume my subscription after a pause?

Certainly, simply head on over to your subscriptions tab here and choose which paused subscription you’d wish to resume.
